Are you accepting orders?
Yes, we are currently accepting orders. Our national footprint allows us to route orders appropriately to open facilities, and we’re continuously updating our website so you can view and order available products.
Are Local Delivery and Pick Up still available?
Local Delivery and Pick Up have been temporarily suspended to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees. If you are placing an order and Local Delivery is showing as available, we will ship the order to you via UPS Ground at no additional charge.
How can I contact you with questions about an order?
Please call 1-866-429-1063, Monday through Friday, 9am to 2pm Central.
We’re receiving a higher call and chat volume than normal, and you may experience a delay in response times. We are answering as fast as possible, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. You can also reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received an email that my order has been shipped, and a tracking code was provided, but I have yet to receive my order.
As of March 24, 2020, UPS has updated their service guarantee. You will still receive your order, but it’s not guaranteed to be delivered within the shipping time frame you selected. For more information, please visit the UPS website.
