Our Refund Policy is only valid within 60 days from the date of the order.
When requesting a refund, we will be able to process your refund on your placed order. If it passes the period, we are no longer able to process your refund request. During the period of the refund/return process we will be able to profit you store credit or refund on your original order. A charge of 10% of your full order amount will be taken when refunding your order due to servicing and processing fee.
